Mount Tremper Arts entered its 13th season of programming with innovative new curatorial programs. It was the most expansive season of programming in the organization’s history including a rich plethora of artistic voices.

After a long spring and summer being entirely shuttered because of the COVID-19 pandemic, MTA slowly began the process of reopening, first with solo residencies, then small pods of artists to stay and create, including the advent of a multi-residency partnership with Works & Process. Moving into 2021, several virtual showing included Yoshiko Chuma and the School of Hard Knocks as well as the return of The International Contemporary Ensemble. Live work-in-process showings for small, distanced audiences included artists Yasuko Yokoshi, Gelsey Bell, Kimberly Bartosik, Modern Garage Movement, and others.
